This week practical covered fillets and chamfers, create simple lofts as well to shell simple parts.
P7.1
In week 7 practical l found that the four images were similar and used a similar method. At the beginning, the teacher did not upload the explained video and I tried to do it by myself. Because I was not familiar with the usage of covered fillets and chamfers. I spent a lot of time on this. After watching the video, I was able to understand each type of fillets and chamfer and when to use it. The first four images are modeled using the feature fillets and chamfer.
P7.2
After watching the teacher's explanation video I feel it is easy to do.
P7.3
After learning this method from the teacher's video, I practiced it more and more, and finally I got it. However, the difficulty of each exercise gradually increased, the later I went, the slower I did, but I still felt a sense of accomplishment when I finished.
P7.4
P7.5
The 7.5 practical is to combine the previous 4 exercises and set the relationship between them. At first, I thought this exercise would be difficult, but fortunately, the teacher explained it clearly in video.
I followed the teacher step by step and finally I completed successfully.
P7.6
P7.7
For P7.6 and P7.7 I'm still following the video demo by first creating a model and then sketching above. At this point, I learned a new relation (pierce constraint).
P7.8
P7.8 is to connect the assembly created in week 6 (P6.5) to the bottle.
I Placed the bottle into a new Assembly, then following instructions,
I mated the assembly onto the bottle accordingly with the cutouts of the cap.
In the end, I concluded that most of the exercises this week were based on the knowledge I had learned in the past and I learned some new knowledge in the exercises every week. I could obviously see my progress and still need to work hard!
